Old Town Glass is a California Licensed Contractor, with a C-17 Glazing License.  Our employees have unique skills to provide installation services for all the products we sell.h

We frequently work with homeowners, contractors, architects, and designers to specify and supply products for their clients. Our installation crew, will work with a contractor’s staff, to install the more complex products that we offer.

We utilize our own employees for all installations and service work.  We do not subcontract with outside installers. In the event your installation requires additional work, such as structural modifications, major dry rot repair, relocation of electrical lines, etc., we work with your contractor or can recommend one to you.  Because we sell and install the products we offer,  we can provide valuable insight and real world experience to help search for the solution you need.

We service products we sell, both under warranty and out of warranty.  We were closely with Marvin, Milgard, and Fleetwood.  With these manufacturers we frequently will perform the warranty work directly for you on behalf of the manufacture.  We can also assist you with brands that we don’t sell.  We perform warranty and service work on Pella, Jeld-Wen (Pozzi, Cradco, Norco,etc) and other manufacturer’s products. Old Town Glass has a large inventory of parts for older products and might have the part you need to repair and old window, door, shower, etc.   If we don’t have it in stock, we usually can get it within a week or two.

Certifications & Certified Installation

A few products we carry require factory authorized installation to maintain the product warranty. We offer certified installation and are authorized installers for the following products:

• Fleetwood Norwood 3070-EX & 3070-CR Multi slide Doors
• Fleetwood Aluminum Bifold Doors
• Marvin Lift & Slide Door

We have AAMA Installation Masters Certified Installers and 75% of our installation crew is trained and certified as EPA Lead Renovators.  The United States EPA requires that any contractor, painter, window installer, property manager or landlord be certified as a Lead Renovator to work on any residential structure built prior to 1978.  Using a licensed contractor with EPA Certified Renovators is important to protect you and your family from the effects of lead.
